  • Thoroughly cleaned inside and out
  • New black iron plumbing on the outside
  • New CPVC plumbing on the inside
  • New water make-up with new ASCO valve
  • New 1/2" x 1" galvanized steel belt
  • New plastic sprockets
  • New 1" steel shafts
  • New bearings
  • New 3.9HP Brinkmann pump
  • New dual floats for heater protection and tank fill
  • Existing 10HP regenerative blower was serviced and sound attenuation foam
  • was replaced
  • New filter on the regen intake
  • New Bex plastic nozzle tips
  • New conveyor drive motor
  • New vinyl strip curtains
  • New motor on the exhaust fan
  • New panel components; main disconnect, contactors, buttons, temp controller,
  • transformer, etc.
  • Panel was completely rewired with MTW wire, labeled and new prints
  • Field wiring is all new
  • The existing regenerative blower, existing heaters, and canister filter were used.
  • Sold as-is, can be tested under power.
  • We will load on your supplied truck or trailer.
