• It is a Pearson / B&K line running a 1 1/2\" x 1 1/2\" angle with
• 1/2\" holes on 1\" c-c. Runs 22ga - 12ga galv. steel.
• Littell 4,000lb uncoiler, B&K straightener and punch with tooling.
• Pearson 10pass geared head roll former, Tishken flying shear.
• All line electrics. 480v 3ph 60cy.
• Includes loading on buyer\s truck
• Located in Florida under power for inspection
• The holes are .375\". Ran as heavy as .108\" gr 55 galv. Steel
• The system for the hole punching is a flying die set
• with removable punches in a 12\" long section
• Up to 12 punches total per leg side.
• Punches are individual to replace. 1/2\" punches can be used.
• Punches are set now at 1\" c-c but the c-c distance can be
• lengthened in the 12\" die space
• The finished part length is controlled via a movable sensor
• Possible to run short parts. They run primarily 10ft length.
• Line tooling is set for 1 1/2\" leg but could be modified for 2\" legs.
• The main roll former drive is vari-freq type for speed control.
• When the line is removed all will be done properly with wires
• marked for ease of re-install
