Comments:  These lathes were running U.S. Steel Premium when purchased.  Since then we have
Completely disassembled them and gone thru them thoroughly.  New seals if leaking, new O-rings
As required. New wiring connections and wire as required.  New Turcite as required.

Woodworth chucks:  New springs. New bearings as required. Extensively reconditioned. 
New cost today:  Mazak PMC $ 442,000 + $ 90K for 14 in bore + $ 12K for chip conveyor + Freight. 
Chucks:  $ 98,000 each plus installation and adapter plate.   + tooling, $ 10-15,000. 
Total cost for ONE lathe with two chucks and tooling: $ 775,000 approximately.
