Condition: Very Good. Even though it is a 2012 date of manufacture, the Cooper

Valve plant subsidiary was opened in 2021.  All the other machines in this

facility have a 2020 or 2021 date of manufacture and are in great condition. It is

possibly they were reconditioned prior to purchase. The plant itself never got off

the ground.  Covid shutdowns killed it and management pulled the plug on the plant.
