There is a 72" diameter work chamber with 5 abrasive resistant tables rotating independently thru the blast chamber. Abrasive is fed into the direct drive blast wheel. The blast wheel revolves at 3600 RPM throwing the abrasive at the part to be blasted at high velocity. The abrasive passes thru the screening in the floor of the cabinet where it is conveyed via auger to the shot elevator. The elevator transports the abrasive to the separator. The separator removes contaminants from the abrasive and deposits the clean abrasive into the abrasive storage hopper. The hopper has the capacity to store enough of the clean abrasive to maintain an even flow to the blast wheel. The dust and contaminants are drawn out of the separator and into the dust collector system for disposal.
