to 1-1/2" solid steel for maximum rigidity. The base is welded,

strees relieved & precision machined in one operation. Process

Dual side drive delical rack & pinion with 35mm linear bearing

rails with 4 bearing cars for X-axis motion control.

3/8" thick 8" x 12" steel tube stress relieved & machined gantry

with with gussets for maximum rigidity. Precision helical rack &

pinion drive with 25mm linear bearing rails with 4 bearing cars

for Y-axis motion control.

Gantry is constructed of steel tube with up to .750 thick steel,

stress relieved & machined with gussets for maximum rigidity.

Precision helical rack & pinion drive with 25mm linear bearing

rails with 4 bearing cars for y-axis motion control.

Gantry stanchions are gusseted heavy steel weldments. 8" of

clearance under the gantry with a Class T5 accuracy, precision

ground & hardened Z-axis ball screw with a 17" of stroke & spring

actuated fallsafe braking system.

rails with 4 bearing cars. Independent Y-axis servo controls.

Teknic brushless AC servo drive systems with matched Teknic servo

motors & Alpha gear boxes for cutting speed of 2200 IPM & rapid

traverse speeds of 3000 IPM.

User Friendly hand held graphical interface controller with job

previewing capabilities. High speed 3-axis motion control with

unlimited file size transfer capabilities through an Ethernet DNC

connection.

EZ G-Code Creator 5 Advanced EZ interfacte with MultiTool

Control.

Automatic digital calibration & surfacte location probes for

setting tool lenght & material work envelope.
