Rewire main panel using existing components and include soft start for table and spindle braking. Rebuild drag out conveyor, remove and regrind hardened bed ways, remove saddle scrape and fit to bed ways, clean oil ports, install new lube lines, free up shifting level, inspect replace rack & pinion, rebuild saddle traverse gear box, remove and inspect upper feed box, change oil in all gear boxes, inspect lube lines for column and spindle, replace lube system for bed ways, replace water guards, tram head and column, precision grind the 60" magnet, test grind parts for flatness verification, clean and paint.
Machine will ship with new leveling pads.
